Business Development Executive/ Seinor Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. • Promote the company's tin can and metal packaging products to new and existing customers. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and business partners. • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements. • Generate new sales leads through networking, customer visits, referrals, exhibitions, and market prospecting. • Arrange customer visits, product presentations, and business meetings. • Prepare quotations, proposals, costing, and sales-related documentation. • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with customers. • Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfilment. • Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and after-sales services. • Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans. • Participate in trade exhibitions, product launches, and marketing activities when required. • Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in the CRM system. • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
