Key Responsibilities: Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of supervisory or hands-on experience in a supermarket, mini-market, hypermarket, or fresh food retail environment. • Daily Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, maintain store readiness, and ensure smooth cash-register and POS (Point of Sale) transactions. • Fresh Produce & Inventory Management: Monitor stock balance, check product freshness and expiration/validity dates, manage stock ordering, and minimize spoilage or waste. • Staff Supervision & Scheduling: Lead, coach, and schedule floor staff, cashiers, and stockers, while tracking attendance and task delegation. • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally to maintain the store's reputation. • Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, sanitation, and internal company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Sales & Reporting: Track daily/monthly sales performance against targets and submit regular sales and operational reports to management. .Any ad-hoc task assigned by your superior Job details • Salary: RM 2,000 a month (negotiable) • Education: SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent • Contract: Permanent • Working hours: Normal Hour • Openings: 1 • Sector: Wholesale trade, except of motor vehicles and motorcycles • Closes: 2026-11-07 About FRESH HARVEST MARKET RETAIL SDN BHD (10-50 employees) 1.
