HR EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENT : MALAY AGE 23-33 YRS OLD JOB DESCRIPTION : Manage day-to-day Human Resources operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, staff movements and personnel documentation.  Handle monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, overtime, allowances, deductions and salary adjustments.  Manage statutory contributions and related matters involving KWSP, SOCSO/PERKESO, EIS, SKBBK F1, PCB, HRDF and other applicable statutory requirements.  Handle JTK (Jabatan Tenaga Kerja) matters, including preparation of relevant documents, correspondence and coordination when required. HK Harmony Resources SDN BHD  Handle in recruitment and selection, including job advertisements, screening candidates, arranging interviews and preparing employment offers.  Prepare and manage HR letters and documents, including offer letters, confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters, warning letters, resignation acknowledgement and other employmentrelated correspondence.  Monitor probation, confirmation, resignation, termination and staff movements.  Calculate and monitor Annual Leave (AL), prorated leave and leave balances for employees.  Handle in managing employee relations and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.  Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.  Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation and administrative requirements for new staff.  Handle in developing and updating Job Descriptions (JD), SOPs, HR policies and internal memos.  Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records for management review.  Liaise with relevant government agencies and external parties regarding HR and employmentrelated matters.  Provide HR support and advice to management and employees on company policies, procedures and employment matters.  Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR reports for management review. Job details • Education: Bachelor's or Equivalent • Contract: Permanent • Working hours: Normal Hour • Openings: 1 • Sector: Manufacture of food products • Closes: 2026-11-06 About MAKER RECIPE SDN BHD (50-250 employees) MAKER RECIPE SDN BHD MERUPAKAN SEBUAH SYARIKAT YANG TERLETAK DI JITRA, KEDAH.
