Role Overview The Site Supervisor ensures that on-site execution is: - In line with approved drawings - According to technical specifications - Delivered within scheduled timeline - Meeting internal quality control standards - Responsible for daily site discipline and workmanship quality Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily construction activities - Coordinate subcontractors and workers - Conduct staged quality inspections - Ensure compliance with safety regulations - Report daily progress to Project Manager/Management - Identify and resolve on-site issues - Maintain site cleanliness and order Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Work progress adherence to schedule - Defect minimization - Safety compliance - Subcontractor performance control - Site reporting accuracy Requirements - Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management - 1 to 2 years experience in housing projects - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings - Strong problem-solving skills - Responsible and disciplined personality Job details • Salary: RM 1,700 a month (negotiable) • Education: Bachelor's or Equivalent • Contract: Permanent • Working hours: Normal Hour • Openings: 2 • Sector: Construction of buildings • Closes: 2026-11-06 About ALI BINA GROUP SDN BHD (10-50 employees) Buildings Construction industry
