Kitchen Crew

Job Summary: Kitchen Crew supports daily food preparation and production in the central kitchen. This role ensures food is prepared according to standard recipes, hygiene standards, and production schedules for delivery to outlets. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, weighing) according to SOPs - Assist in packing and labeling food items - Maintain the cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas - Follow food safety, hygiene, and halal standards at all times - Assist with stock handling and basic inventory checks - Support production targets and daily kitchen operations - Perform other duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor Requirements: - Basic knowledge of kitchen work or food preparation - Able to work in a hot and fast-paced environment - Physically fit and able to stand for long hours - Good teamwork and positive attitude - Willing to follow instructions and SOPs - Prior kitchen or central kitchen experience is an advantage Job details • Education: SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent • Contract: Permanent • Working hours: Normal Hour • Openings: 2 • Sector: Food and beverage service activities • Closes: 2026-11-06 About FLYING TURTLE SDN BHD (10-50 employees) Established in 2010, Flying Turtle Sdn Bhd is the proud owner of the Sweetree brand—one of Malaysia’s pioneering halal Korean restaurants.
