Admin & Account Assistant

Job Requirements • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Knowledge of SQL Accounting software will be an added advantage. • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage. • A positive team player with a pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities • Handle and process administrative documentation to ensure smooth daily operations. • Organize, maintain, and file documents in a systematic manner. • Ensure all system entries are accurate, timely, and up to date. • Coordinate and liaise with the Purchasing, Store, Sales, and other related departments. • Assist in administrative and operational matters as required. • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department.
