## Basic Info: 🏭 Company Name: GALANTEC SDN BHD 🏭 Location: TELOK GONG, PORT KLANG 🏭 Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM3,500 (Depending on experience) 🏭 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm ## Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Accurately process monthly payroll and ensure salaries are paid on time. ✔️ Handle foreign worker matters, including documentation, permit renewals and relevant compliance requirements. ✔️ Manage the full recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interviews, hiring and new employee onboarding. ✔️ Organise and coordinate employee training, development programmes and staff activities. ✔️ Handle daily HR, administrative and office management duties to ensure smooth company operations. ✔️ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws. ## Requirements: ✅ Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field. ✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. ✅ Familiar with Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB. ✅ Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR regulations. ✅ Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills. ✅ Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility. ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
