Job Summary The Restaurant Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving customers efficiently, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience while complying with food safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Customer Service * Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. * Assist customers with seating arrangements according to reservations and waiting lists. * Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items and daily promotions. * Recommend menu selections and advise guests on menus for special events or occasions. * Assist customers with special requests or special seating arrangements. * Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. * Assist guests throughout their dining experience and during their departure. Food & Beverage Service * Take accurate food and beverage orders. * Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. * Ensure orders are served according to restaurant service standards. * Process reservations and assist in managing customer bookings. Dining Area Operations * Arrange and prepare dining tables before service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. * Clean tables, counters, and other restaurant surfaces. * Ensure the dining room is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times. Food Safety & Hygiene * Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. * Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Maintain personal hygiene and ensure a clean working environment. Additional Duties * Support promotional activities and special events organized by the restaurant. * Assist customers with special needs to ensure a comfortable dining experience. * Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
