ADMIN EXECUTIVE

- Well-versed in *vehicle and fleet administration*. - Familiar with *APAD / SPAD* matters, applications and related documentation. - Knowledgeable in *PUSPAKOM inspections, appointments and documentation*. - Experienced in *road tax renewal* and maintaining vehicle-related documents. - Able to manage *vehicle insurance, permits, licences and compliance documentation*. - Familiar with *billing and account-related matters for Maxis, Shell, BHP and Petronas*, including checking supporting documents. - Able to maintain proper *records, trackers, filing and documentation* for all vehicle and fleet-related matters. - Good coordination skills with *JPJ, PUSPAKOM, APAD/SPAD, insurance companies and other relevant authorities*. - Able to monitor *expiry dates, renewals, permits and compliance deadlines* and ensure timely follow-up. - Strong *administrative, follow-up and communication skills*. - Proficient in *Microsoft Excel* and basic accounting/admin systems. - Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and follow up with various parties. - Able to handle *urgent and time-sensitive matters* when required.
