1. Warmly welcome and check in/ check out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. 2. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner. 3. Ensure all guest data is accurately recorded in the hotel system. 4. Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation. 5. Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs and concerns. 6. Perform any other duties as requested by superiors. Job Requirements: 1. A minimum of an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in relevant fields is required. 2. Responsible, independent, honest, and hardworking. 3. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. 4. Ability to work morning, evening, and night shifts on a rotational basis. 5.
