Letter of Guarantee Assessor

Job Description: 1. Clear LOG mailbox and request documents from member/clinic/hospital, if necessary 2. Liaise with clinic/hospital/medical consultant 3. Assess LOG request and issue LOG to member/hospital within service level agreement 4. Prepare reports 5.
