M & E Site Supervisor

Key responsibilities *Supervise and coordinate all mechanical and electrical installation works on site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project requirements *Monitor daily M & E activities, including electrical wiring, HVAC systems, plumbing installations, and equipment placement *Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards and identify any deficiencies or safety concerns *Prepare and maintain detailed site records, progress reports, and documentation for all M & E works *Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and external consultants to ensure timely procurement and installation of equipment and materials *Coordinate testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems prior to handover *Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times *Report progress to the Project Manager and escalate issues or delays promptly What we're looking for *Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline *Minimum 5 years of experience in M & E site supervision or similar supervisory role in the construction industry *Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, power systems, and building services *Proven experience in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings and specifications *Excellent understanding of Malaysian building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to M & E works *Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team *Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make decisions under pressure *Professional certification or membership in relevant engineering bodies would be advantageous Job details • Education: Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 • Contract: Permanent • Working hours: Normal Hour • Openings: 1 • Sector: Construction of buildings • Closes: 2026-11-06 About GOODWOOD BUILDERS SDN BHD (10-50 employees) Goodwood Builders Sdn Bhd has been in operation since year 2016.
