Project Administrator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - • Provide Administrative support to the project manager and site team • Prepare, organize and maintain project documents, reports and correspondence • Assist in submission of project documents, shop drawings, method statements and reports to consultants or clients • Maintain proper documents control including filling, tracking revision and distribute of project documents • Coordinate with project team, subcontractor and suppliers for documentation and administrative matter • Monitor and update project record, including attendance, site documentations and meeting minutes • Assist in preparing project progress reports and presentation when required. • Handle general office administration duties related to the project JOB REQUIREMENTS: - • Posses Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related field. • At least 2-3 years of experience in Project Administration • Proficiency in Ms Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Familiar with document control procedure and project documentation • Good team work and communication skills • Able to work independently and meet deadlines • Willing to work at project site if required WORK LOCATION: Johor Job details • Contract: Contract • Working hours: Normal Hour • Openings: 3 • Closes: 2026-11-07 About LWE ENGINEERING SDN BHD (50-250 employees) LWE Engineering Sdn Bhd was established in 1982.
