Accounts Supervisor

As a result of business expansion, we invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to a position in the Finance Office in the capacity listed below. Job Description: 1. Able to handle full set of accounts and preparation of management reports; 2. To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintaining and updating of accounts records; 3. Assist and prepare monthly closing in management reports and accounts; 4. Ensure proper filing of accounts records and documentation; 5. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretary bankers and other authorities; 6. Provide administration support; and 7. Any other ad hoc jobs as required by the superior from time to time. Minimum Requirements: 1. At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ or equivalent; 2. Proficient with Autocount Accounting knowledge; 3. Knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word; 4. Willing to learn and good working attitude; and 5. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
