Admin Assistant * Provide general administrative and clerical support to the department/branch. * Organise, maintain, and update files, records, and administrative documents. * Assist in preparing, arranging, and distributing correspondence, documents, and other materials. * Assist with documentation, filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing as required. * Provide administrative support for daily branch operations and other ad-hoc tasks. * Assist other departments with operational and administrative matters when required.
