Customer Service Executive

Job Description: - Respond to inbound and outbound calls, internet queries, and complaints to ensure effective communication and maintain high service levels. - Document all call interactions accurately according to standard operating procedures. - Manage the organization and dispatch of daily customer orders, including processing refunds and returns. - Track and report on the conversion of email and phone inquiries into sales. - Collaborate with service partners to ensure timely delivery of all online purchases. - Manage payment systems in strict accordance with company policies. - Execute customer service activities to optimize sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction. - Uphold the company’s vision, mission, and core values in all daily duties. Requirements: - Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. - Prior experience in customer service is preferred. - Must be able to commit to a 5.5-day work week. - Must be flexible to work 9-hour shifts (inclusive of a 1-hour break) between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays as required.
