Maintenance Technician (Facilities & Equipment)

RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Machine Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic faults in production machinery to minimize downtime 2. Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to the master plan to ensure equipment longevity and prevent unexpected failures 3. Ensure all machinery is fitted with safety guards in compliance with OSHA standards; strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety regulations and maintain clean work areas 4. Work along with safety officer during machine renewal with DOSH and maintain the record of the maintenance/service for record Collaborate with production operators and engineering teams during equipment installations, upgrades, or process improvements 5. Handle basic electrical and plumbing repairs (light bulbs, water taps, switches, etc.) 6.
