Contract Management Engineer

Main Responsibilities 1. Contract Drafting and Management: Responsible for drafting, compiling, revising, and archiving various contracts and agreements for the project. Improve contract terms based on actual project conditions and local regulations to mitigate contract risks and ensure compliance and rigor. 2. Subcontract Resource Research and Management: Responsible for conducting market research on local subcontracting resources, identifying high-quality subcontracting teams, collecting and organizing core information such as subcontractor qualifications, performance records, and contract fulfillment capabilities, and establishing a subcontract resource ledger to provide a reliable basis for project subcontracting bidding and team selection. 3. Complete other business and contract-related tasks assigned by the project. Job Requirements 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, with priority given to candidates majoring in engineering management, engineering cost, business, law, or related fields. 2. Work Experience: 5 years or more of relevant work experience in engineering business/contract management, with experience in EPC projects preferred. 3. Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Malay for communication, reading, and writing; capable of independently handling local business liaison, document translation, and on-site communication; adaptable to overseas work environments. 4. Other: Proficient in office software; able to accept on-site work assignments and follow project work arrangements; strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and excellent business negotiation, communication, and writing skills.
