OPERATOR

Responsibilities -Operate production machines and equipment according to company procedures and work instructions. -Assist with metal processing, fabrication, cutting, forming, stamping, machining, or other production activities as assigned. -Load and unload raw materials and workpieces from machines or production lines. -Perform basic machine setup and adjustment under the guidance of supervisors or experienced operators. -Monitor machines during operation and report any abnormal conditions, machine faults, or production issues to the supervisor. -Conduct basic visual inspection and measurement of finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications. -Identify and separate defective or damaged products. -Perform simple assembly, packing, labelling, and handling of finished products when required. -Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the workstation and production area. -Follow all company safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. -Handle tools, materials, and equipment properly to prevent damage or workplace accidents. -Complete production records, inspection records, or other documents as instructed. -Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of materials within the production area. -Work together with supervisors and other production workers to achieve daily production targets. -Perform overtime, shift work, or work on rest days/public holidays when required and in accordance with company policy and applicable Malaysian labour laws. -Carry out other reasonable duties related to production operations as assigned by the supervisor or management.
