SERVICE CREW

Roles & Responsibility Provide friendly and professional customer service. Take customer orders and process payments accurately. Serve food and beverages according to Company standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet. Assist with opening and closing duties. Ensure proper food presentation and service quality. Follow Company SOPs, rules and safety standards. Support team members during daily and peak-hour operations. Attend training and staff briefings. Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
