Sales Admin Executive

• To coordinate all documentation pertaining to sale & purchase agreement, sub-sales, loan agreement and assignment • Liaison with solicitors, bankers and purchaser until completion of sales documentation • Responsible for all sales / after sales functions such as provide customer service to customer, attend to walk-in prospective buyers’ enquiries and needs • Develop and maintain productive business relationship with all prospects, partners, and clients, not limited to attending and responding to customer complaints, correspondence mail and phone enquiries professionally and timely. • To manage, update and maintain all purchasers’ records • Develop and manage social media and digital marketing content for social media, company website, Facebook, Instagram, in-house app etc. • Liaise with Sales & Operation team. • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. • Gathering, investigating, and summarising market data and trends to draft reports. • Plan and implement online advertising. • Plan & conduct online marketing events to promote company brands and sales generation. • Managing social media channels and update promptly. • Understand on new social media trends and analyze competitor activity.
