QUALITY TECHNICIAN(COMET BATU KAWAN)

Key Responsibilities: Perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing product inspections according to quality standards. Conduct measurements, testing, and visual inspections using inspection tools and equipment. Record inspection results, defects, and quality data accurately. Identify non-conforming products and report issues to supervisors or engineers. Support root cause analysis and corrective action for quality problems. Ensure compliance with SOP, ISO procedures, and customer specifications. Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality. Assist in calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments. Prepare quality reports, inspection documents, and records. Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S, Kaizen, and quality improvement projects. Work closely with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.
