Teacher / Early Childhood Educator

Q-dees Klebang Melaka is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and responsible Preschool Teacher / Early Childhood Educator to join our team. We are looking for a quality educator who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and conduct fun, interactive and age-appropriate lessons and learning activities. - Teach and guide preschool children in their daily learning and development. - Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a safe, clean and positive learning environment. - Observe and monitor children's learning progress and development. - Prepare teaching materials and assist with classroom activities. - Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress when required. - Participate in school activities, events, meetings and training. - Work collaboratively with other teachers and management. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (Pendidikan Awal Kanak-Kanak) or related field is preferred. - Experienced preschool/kindergarten teachers are highly encouraged to apply. - Fresh graduates with the right attitude and passion for teaching are also welcome. - Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. - Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage. - Patient, caring, responsible and passionate about working with young children. - Good classroom management and interpersonal skills. - Willing to learn, work as part of a team and contribute positively to the centre.
