1. Supervise daily civil and structural construction activities. 2. Supervise earthwork, excavation, backfilling, concreting, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, and other civil works. 3. Read and interpret civil and structural drawings. 4. Coordinate with engineers regarding technical issues, discrepancies, and site conditions. 5. Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements, procedures, and PPE requirements. 6. Ensure works are completed according to the agreed schedule. Bhd. is currently operating from 23 + 4 acres land at Batu 12, Jalan Kuantan-Gambang, Pahang. We are operating with 4 production lines with 8 overhead 12.5 metric ton gantries and 3 crawler cranes. We also own and operate 9 separate concrete batching plants (with a capacity between 60m3 – 80m3/hour) and 50 units of mixer trucks. Presently, we produce about 40% of the ready-mixed concrete supply for the Kuantan area.
