OPERATION DIRECTOR

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Director to oversee our company's daily business operations and implement our long-term business strategy. You will manage multiple departments and teams to maximize productivity, ensure high financial performance, and maintain operational excellence. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in process optimization, financial management, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities * Strategic Planning: Translate company goals and high-level strategies into actionable operational plans and targets. * Process Optimization: Review existing working procedures and lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma) to streamline workflows and reduce costs. * Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop annual budgets, monitor financial reports, and maintain organizational profitability. * Team Leadership: Oversee department heads and managers, guide recruitment policies, and promote high staff performance and professional development. * Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify performance gaps and apply corrective measures. * Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee external vendor relationships and supply chain functions to ensure quality control and cost-effective purchasing. * Compliance & Safety: Ensure all daily operations comply with local and international legal regulations, health standards, and safety guidelines.
