Business Development Manager

Key Accountabilities: - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gains and customer satisfaction. - Conduct research to identify new markets and customers' needs. - Researching prospective accounts in target markets. - Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. - Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. - Prepare proposals/contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. - Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals. - Attending conferences and industry events. - To comply ISOP for Quality Management System effectiveness and to ensure - compliances to the respective development. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree specialised in marketing, business development, property management or related discipline. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Clear strategic mindset with analytical focus. - Marketing and product development skills. - Project management, problem solving, organizational and planning skills - Business plan and report writing skills. - Computer literate with ability to create business proposal presentation slides including graphics, tables, forms and charts. - Conversant with Strata Management Act. - Good oral and written communication skills in English and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia.
