Production Team Leader

Production Site Management • Plan Execution o Break down daily/weekly aluminum shell production tasks based on workshop plans. o Assign tasks reasonably among team members to ensure capacity targets are met. o Monitor the entire production process (stamping → trimming → cleaning → inspection). o Adjust production rhythm in real time to handle issues such as equipment failures or material shortages, minimizing downtime. • Quality Control o Implement first inspection, patrol inspection, and final inspection processes. o Focus on key dimensions and appearance quality to ensure process yield. o Organize team to analyze quality issues, collaborate with engineers to adjust die clearance and stamping parameters, and track improvement results Equipment & Material Management • Supervise team’s daily equipment maintenance and record operating status. • Report abnormalities immediately and follow up on repair progress. • Manage aluminum shell materials (e.g., aluminum sheets, lubricants, consumables), follow standard material issuing/return processes to reduce waste. Team Management & Training • Staff Scheduling & Evaluation o Create shift schedules, manage attendance and leave. o Train multi-skilled workers to improve labor efficiency. o Evaluate team performance based on productivity and quality targets. o Address violations or low efficiency through coaching and guidance. • Skill Training & Safety Promotion o Conduct onboarding training on stamping procedures and quality standards. o Organize regular skill assessments to ensure 100% certification. o Hold daily pre-shift safety briefings and schedule emergency drills (e.g., fire, equipment injury). o Aim for zero safety incidents annually. Data Recording & Reporting • Production Data o Summarize daily team data (output, defect count, downtime) and complete daily production reports with 100% accuracy. o Provide decision-making support to the workshop. • Continuous Improvement o Gather improvement suggestions on processes and equipment, report to superiors or technical teams (e.g., for deburring fixture upgrades). o Participate in lean initiatives (5S, quick die change), implement improvements (e.g., organized material zones) to boost team efficiency.
