QA Executive / Senior Executive

Ensure the food safety system is effectively established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with standard & regulations, including monitoring the consistency and effectiveness of HACCP policies, objectives, and plans across all production operations. Manage the hygiene and sanitation standards of the factory, ensuring compliance with food safety, production quality, and safety requirements throughout the facility. Coordinates with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections, and addresses any non-compliance issues through timely corrective actions. Act as the Document Controller responsible to control, update, and distribute HACCP and related quality documentation, including the HACCP Manual, SOPs, work instructions, flowcharts, and specifications, while ensuring systematic record maintenance and document traceability. Monitor and verify critical control points (CCPs), conduct random checks, and oversee the accuracy and completeness of HACCP related records and reports. Oversee product quality testing, monitor and control the quality of outgoing products before releasing for shipment and verify laboratory reports to ensure raw materials and finished products meet food safety and regulatory standards. Facilitate effective coordination with production teams to ensure that manufacturing activities align with quality standards, and provide timely support in meeting quality and compliance targets. Handle product complaints and support product recall procedures, including investigation of product defects, documentation of findings, and communication with stakeholders. Provide training and guidance to production staff and the Food Safety Team on quality systems, food safety procedures, documentation, and continuous improvement practices. Coordinate and monitor supporting programs such as calibration of testing equipment, pest control services, RO water system maintenance, shelf-life testing, and ensure compliance with GMP and internal schedules. To generate, review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) accurately and comprehensively, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal procedures. Participates actively in internal audits to assess compliance with the Quality Management System and identify opportunities for improvement.
