ADMIN ASSISTANT

Provide secretarial and administrative support to Management and General Committee. Prepare letters, correspondence, reports, notices and meeting documents. Manage appointments, meetings and official schedules. Attend meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items. Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, calls and confidential documents. Maintain proper filing systems, records and administrative databases. Assist with AGM, EGM, Committee meetings and Club events. Coordinate with departments and external parties as required. Assist with meeting arrangements, office supplies and general administrative matters. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
