Senior Maintenance Executive

Manage day-to-day operation of the entire (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, building operations). This will also include overseeing building maintenance and contractor work administration and safety management. To provide proper preventive maintenance schedule for machineries & equipment’s. To provide technical support and co-ordination to up keep plant wide machineries and equipment. To liaise with vendors in providing quality services for plant facilities and utilities maintenance. To plan and co-ordinate improvement program for cost saving, such as electricity, water and maintenance expenses. To plan and organize yearly maintenance budget and monitor expenses. Plan, co-ordinate and ensure all facilities’ works compliance with required specifications, regulatory requirements, quality and safety standards, To provide technical support for any facility project design. To ensure and promote good 5S for all facilities and equipment. To liaise with utilities provider or government regulatory bodies such as TNB / DOSH / BOMBA / PBA on utility services and compliance issues from time-to-time. To minimize equipment down time and upgrading on equipment performance. Responsible to develop / maintain facility engineering drawings, Operation Manual and SOP. Assists superior on handling any other assignments/projects as and when required/instructed.
