HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE

Job Descriptions 1. Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations within buildings. 2. Supervise and monitor contractors to ensure work is carried out according to agreed service standard. 3. Conduct regular inspections of common area, facilities and public spaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. 4. Ensure compliance with safety standards. 5. Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation related to performance. 6. Address and follow up on feedbacks or complaints from tenants and visitors. 7. Prepare spreadsheets, handle invoicing, following up on Credit Notes and ensuring billing accuracy. 8. Liaise with service provider on billing discrepancies and service-related documentations. 9. Address and follow up on cleanliness related feedback or complaints from tenants. 10. Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maintain a clean and safe environment within buildings. Job Requirements 1. At least high school, diploma, degree or certification in hospitality management, hotel management, or a related field may be preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with progressively increasing responsibilities. 3. Certification in housekeeping management or related field may be beneficial. 4. Understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products. 5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices. 6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
