Finance Executive

1. Preparation of financial statements, including journal entries in General Ledger module accurately on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for submission to management and Group Finance-HQ within deadline. 2. Preparation of balance sheet schedule and tax analysis on timely manner. 3. Preparation of monthly and quarterly statistics to relevant authority. 4. Assist to liaise with auditors for interim and final audit matters and ensure information is provided to auditor on timely manner. 5. Assist on annual budget preparation. Requirement: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Work Experience - Fresh graduate or at least 1 year experience in related field. - Good understanding of accounting principle and standards. - Highly organized, discipline and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. - Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills. - Knowledge of Oracle EBS or other ERP system will be an added advantage. - Experience in finance/accounting of manufacturing industry.
