HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST *Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred* Job Responsibilities *Recruitment & Hiring* 1. Source and identify suitable candidates through internal and external recruitment channels. 2. Review and screen resumes and job applications. 3. Post job vacancies and monitor ongoing recruitment advertisements. 4. Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates. 5. Arrange and coordinate interviews. 6. Liaise with the HR Department on recruitment and staffing requirements. *HR Administration* 7. Calculate and verify staff attendance for each school/branch before the required deadline. 8. Assist the HR Department with other HR-related administrative tasks as required. *Licensing & Compliance* 9. Liaise with relevant government departments and authorities regarding company/school licences and permits. 10. Monitor licence and permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewal. 11. Assist with ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks from time to time.
