Account Clerk

● Perform filing, scanning, indexing and archiving of accounting documents in accordance with finance filing standards. ● Assist with data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, expenses and journal supporting information under supervision. ● Maintain document checklists for audit samples, monthly close files and management reporting support. ● Assist in matching invoices with purchase orders, delivery orders, payment vouchers and approvals. ● Support bank statement downloading, cheque/payment file organization and petty cash documentation where applicable. ● Assist finance team in retrieving documents for auditor, tax agent, legal counsel and underwriter requests. ● Report missing documents, unclear approvals or filing gaps to Finance Executive Lead promptly.
