Job Description: - Issue and process sales invoices accurately based on delivery orders. - Check and verify Goods Received Notes (GRN) against Invoices and CN. - Prepare and process Credit Notes (CN) for returned or damaged goods. - Ensure all invoice, GRN, and CN documents are properly recorded and filed. - Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts to ensure document accuracy. - Maintain accurate data entry and records in the system or Excel. - Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management. - Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior or Manager.
