Admin cum Account Executive

Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation Prepare monthly accounts and financial reports Handle e-Invoicing and related accounting matters Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agent and other external parties Assist in audit, tax and year-end closing matters Maintain proper accounting records and documentation Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned Maintain company fixed assets and director's motor vehicle records eg renewal of vehicle insurance & road tax Job details • Salary: RM 3,000 a month (negotiable) • Education: Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 • Contract: Permanent • Working hours: Normal Hour • Openings: 1 • Sector: Retail trade, except of motor vehicles and motorcycles • Closes: 2026-11-06 About NICAS INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD (Up to 10 employees) Not only a Floormat Specialist.
