Maintenance Engineer

Requirements: - Preferred male as our industry is heavy industry (manufacturing in automotive) - Has experience in at least 1 year in (manufacturing industry would be an advantage) - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Willing to work at Rawang, Selangor - Able to handle work stress - Able to work long time Job Description: - To lead an engineering team which maintains factory machineries, plant equipment and manufacturing process improvement. - To assist and advise factory management in execution of machineries installation, initial machinery parameter and factory set up. - To plan and organize service and repair production mold, tooling and delivery racks, WIP racks and others. - To plan and organize periodic maintenance works daily, weekly, monthly and yearly with minimum interruption to the production line with consideration of machine capacity and supply forecast. - To plan and organize maintenance works needs i.e. optimum spare part inventory, lubricant, tooling, and manpower. - To analyze report and advise factory management on machine condition and necessary action required on data and observation recorded during daily checklist and periodic maintenance.
