Inviting applications for the role of Accountant – Indonesian Speaker Responsibilities: - In this role, you will oversee month-end closing activities, applying your knowledge of Indonesian accounting rules and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting. - Reporting & consolidations. - Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls - Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements - Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements - Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries - Review & Performing Month End Close activities - Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations - Handle quarterly intercompany process - Resolution of Balancing Items - Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience) - Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required - Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor’s or equivalent education • 4 - 6 years of experience in Accounting • Have experience supporting Indonesia market • Strong Indonesian language skills (verbal and written) • Basic English language skills (reading and writing) • Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with external and internal stakeholders • Ability to handle and work independently on Accounts Receivable transactional process • Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is must to have Preferred qualifications: • SAP HANA experience • Major in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
