QA Engineer / Executive

Job Responsibilities • Handle and coordinate quality issues raised by customers, including mass production quality concerns. • Lead root cause analysis and countermeasure meetings for customer-related quality issues. • Prepare and compile comprehensive countermeasure reports for customer complaints. • Attend to ad hoc quality issues and requests from customers in a timely manner. • Work closely with the QC team to coordinate and implement immediate containment actions. • Liaise with suppliers to investigate and resolve any identified non-conformities. • Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure effective and timely resolution of quality issues. Job Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field is required. • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage. • Positive, outgoing, proactive, and able to work independently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Must possess a valid driving license. • Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang, Selangor.
