Job Responsibilities: * Manage and control EHSQ/SMS documents & records * Maintain document master lists and registers * Coordinate document review, approval, distribution & retrieval * Ensure documents are updated, properly controlled and accessible * Manage document flow and transmittals with relevant departments * Maintain Legal & Other Requirements Register * Coordinate ISO documentation and document control activities * Ensure proper filing and storage of EHSQ documentation * Perform periodic document review and follow-up Requirements: ✅ Diploma in a relevant field ✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in ISO Documentation ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) ✅ Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage ✅ Good organizational & communication skills ✅ Detail-oriented and able to manage documents systematically 📍 Based in: Gebeng, Pahang 📩 Interested?
