Senior Technician

The following is a list of duties as a Senior Technician: 1. To assist the Building Supervisor/Building Manager on Site Operation and Administrative matters. 2. To monitor day-to-day security operations performed by our appointed Security Company. 3. To supervise and ensure all places of landscapes and gardens are clean and well-maintained. 4. To supervise the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance. 5. To maintain a proper record of mechanical and electrical parts that have been changed or replaced. 6. To attend to minor repairs, replace, change and modify faulty minor electrical components and light fittings in respect of standard common area facilities. 7. To upkeep, maintain and restore minor defects such as masonry, painting, electrical, plumbing or carpentry work. 8. Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work per the schedule. 9. To perform periodic checks, to record and report on the condition of all electrical equipment, components and pump motors, and to report any findings. 10. To assist in monitoring all the work being performed by outside contractors. 11. Responsible for alerting the Building Manager/Executive of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur. 12. On 24-hour Stand-By-On-Call at designated sites that may be assigned to you. 13. To act on other job functions that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
