JJob Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, removing old paint, and filling nail holes, cracks, or joints.
- Mix, match, and apply paints, stains, primers, and varnishes to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and building surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
- Erect scaffolding, ladders, and protective coverings to safeguard floors, furniture, and unpainted areas.
- Inspect completed work to ensure an even finish, proper coverage, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering strictly to construction site safety guidelines and instructions from the Site Supervisor.
