Operations Administrative Executive

Core Responsibilities Office Administration: Manage daily office tasks and maintain an organized workspace. Handle incoming calls, emails, and official mail. Organize physical and digital filing systems. Order and track office supplies and equipment Business Operations: Coordinate work between different departments. Track operational deadlines and daily tasks. Help create and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs). Prepare routine operational and management reports. Vendor & Inventory: Build relationships with suppliers and external vendors. Request price quotes and process purchase orders. Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic inventory checks. Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Good communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational habits. Ability to solve problems independently under tight deadlines.
