Production Manager

 Check and approve mastercard from G&D in comparison of customer drawing.  Follow up counter measure internsl/external.  Controlling the overall production process ( printing, stitching, glue & die cut etc).  Controlling and monitor Production staffs OT & attendance. Monitor and control Production staffs schedule, OT & attendance.  Follow up Quality issue.  OJT for production operator regarding production handling issue.  Continuously improvement for ISO and EMS standards.  Monitor Production stock and delivery schedule.  Support Top Management in Government related requirements.  Carry out any other duty that may be reasonably assigned from time to time.
