• Overall headcount planning to make sure line run with full manning capacity. • Overall material planning using direct and indirect material requisition. • Manufacturing flow planning including work in progress (WIP) and delinquency. • Planning the urgent and fast track lot to meet the commitment. • Plan and coordinate man power arrangement to meet the commitment. • Interact with support group (QA, Technician and Engineers) on line issue. • Attending management meeting such as Performance Review , OR (Operation Review), QBR (Quality board review) to discussed BU performance.
