Senior Executive, IT Application

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior IT Executive to support day-to-day support, enhancement and continuous improvement of the company's POS and retail management system. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and support POS application performance and availability • Investigate and troubleshoot system issues reported by users, support the stability and performance of IT and digital applications. • Coordinate with vendors for incident resolution, system enhancement and technical support. • Master data maintenance and integration completeness among systems. • Support IT and digital initiatives by contributing to project delivery and undertaking additional projects or assignments as required. • Maintain documentation on data standards, procedures, and best practices. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with POS, CRM and ERP system (SAP preferred). • Business knowledge about retail business. • Understanding on the integration API among the systems. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning tools). • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility towards data accuracy. • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
