Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials, components, and supplies; verify quantities and specifications against delivery orders and purchase orders. Inspect materials for any damage or non-conformance and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager or QA. Label, store, and arrange materials according to part number, FIFO/FEFO, and storage requirements. Handle electronic components under ESD-safe conditions and store them in designated ESD areas. Prepare and issue materials to production lines according to the Material Requisition Form (MRF) or production schedule. Perform system transactions (e.g., receiving, issuing, transfers) using ERP or inventory software. Assist in stock count and cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy. Load and unload goods using pallet jacks, trolleys, or forklifts (if certified). Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas following 5S standards. Ensure proper disposal of packaging waste and follow safety and environmental procedures. Support continuous improvement and assist in any warehouse-related projects or audits. Job Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse documentation. Familiar with ESD handling procedures for electronic components. Able to operate pallet jacks. Basic computer skills for data entry or ERP transactions. Physically fit to handle moderate lifting and long hours of standing/walking. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and discipline in following SOPs. Able to work on shifts or overtime when required.
