Project Coordinator

•Provide project related information to resources, such as project specifics, requirements and deadlines. •Responsible for ensuring a timely and efficient production flow for all projects. •Regularly communicate with clients and internal department to identify and review project status. •To trace and monitor project progress and closure. •Proactively assist in communicating and compiling meeting follow-up and updates with internal and external contacts. •Manage meetings including compilation and communication of agenda, follow-ups, and preparation, compilation and communication of minutes of meetings; •Ability to be organized, keep a clear and keep track of everything from deadlines to essential files. •Handling any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by management from time to time, as well as anticipate production needs. •Assist the department in managing and organising records and database; reviewing and maintaining of departmental SOP.
