IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs. Responsibilities • Responsible for overall Group IT functions (Software & Hardware), Project Implementation (including CCTV, etc), System Engineering – Servers, Firewall, VPN, Network-including cabling. • Responsible to identify, propose and initiate improvement actions on Technical, Software, Hardware, Project Implementation, System Engineering, Network and maintenance issues. • Responsible to plan, organize and lead the Group IT operations. • Proficient in Panda Software and Reports. • Able to do closing reports and submit to account department within the time frame. • Able to travel outstation (within Sabah) • Process a valid driving license D Requirement and Skills • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software/System Engineering/ or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of working experience, result oriented and is capable of global approach to IT hardware/system engineering/server room/Firewall/Network/Software/CCTV Management. • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience. • Knowledge in hardware, server management, network and internet/intranet resources a prerequisite.
