Sales Support

We are looking for a Sales Support team member to assist with daily sales activities, customer coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks. Responsibilities Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales activities. Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate follow-ups. Prepare quotations, documents, and basic sales reports. Assist with order processing and status updates. Maintain customer and sales records. Coordinate with internal teams on customer requirements. Support the preparation of sales-related documents and presentations. Perform general administrative duties related to sales activities. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, or a similar role. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Good organisational and follow-up skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
